Effective date: September 22, 2025
1) Refund window & conditions
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital course has not been substantially consumed, i.e., both of the following are true:
≤ 20% of lessons have been viewed, and
No downloadable files/materials (if any) have been downloaded.
If more than 20% has been viewed or any materials have been downloaded, the digital content is considered consumed and a refund is not possible.
Note (EU/ZZPL): For digital content, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you waive this right. As a matter of good practice, we apply the 20% threshold above as a clear boundary.
2) How to submit a request
Email pavlovicmakeup@gmail.com with:
your full name,
the email used for purchase or your order number,
a brief reason (optional).
You’ll receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days.
3) Processing & payout timeline
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
If course access is currently active, we may temporarily suspend access while the request is being processed.
4) When refunds are not available
More than 20% of the content has been viewed,
Downloadable materials/files have been downloaded,
Abuse is suspected (e.g., multiple requests from different accounts for the same course),
The request concerns an expired promotion or price change after purchase.
5) Special situations
Duplicate charge / accidental double purchase: We issue a full refund for the duplicated transaction (please notify us as soon as you notice it).
Technical issue / email not received: We first restore access and re-send the email; if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, we will approve a refund.
Partial refund: May be considered when a portion of content has been used below the threshold, by mutual agreement.
6) Payment processor (Lemon Squeezy)
Payments, invoicing, and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. In certain cases, Lemon Squeezy may process the refund directly in accordance with its own policies and processing timelines. Posting time may vary by bank/card issuer.
